Dear Mr. Lane:

On behalf of Wilson County Solid Waste Services, Babb & Associates, P.A. requests a 30-
day extension to the request for an Assessment Monitoring Workplan as outlined in
correspondence from your office dated October 14, 2016. The reason for the extension
request is due to resources which have been allocated to address response activities resulting
from Hurricane Matthew. The extension will allow for a more complete response to the
requested workplan.

If this extension request is acceptable, the submission date for the Assessment Monitoring
Workplan would be December 13, 2016. If there are any questions regarding this request,
