Industrial Waste Landfill Annual Report
Dear Mr. Patrone:
Attached is the completed Industrial Waste Landfill Annual Report form for Duke Energy Progress’s
Roxboro Steam Electric Plant Industrial Waste Landfill (Permit No. 7302) for the past year (7/1/2013 – 6/30/2014).
The landfill accepted waste from Duke Energy Progress’s Roxboro Steam Electric Plant and Mayo Steam Electric Plant. A total of approximately 651,927 tons of waste was received by the landfill during the
most recent twelve month period. Since the landfill went into operation and through the most recent
survey on April 16, 2014, approximately 5,153,849 cubic yards and 5,001,493.97 tons of waste have been disposed in the landfill.

As required by G.S. 130A-309.09D(b), the County Manager for any county that generated waste for disposal to this landfill is sent a copy of the Annual Report. Therefore, a copy of this Annual Report is
