with the Statutes, Rules, and/or other regulatory requirements applicable to this facility. Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an
administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit,
or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any
such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
1 - This site is owned and operated by the Town of Jamesville. Parcel ID#0101451 and is recorded in Book L-9, page 774 of the Martin Co. Register of
Deeds.
2 - This site is very small.
3 - The site is secured by a chain link type fence with a locking gate.
4 - Looking at this site, it appears not to be used very much at this time. Some new debris there but most debris from Hurricane Matthew was taken straight to the Bertie Co. MSWLF (0803 MSWLF).
5 - The total site is being maintained well.
6 - Digital pictures taken and attached for this site visit.
