driveway (former Park Court) off of Thorne Ave. See photos below.

Inspector Comments
This inspection was initiated due to a missing 2016 annual LURU from a current owner. Notice of Noncomplinace issued to Echo Bravo, LLC on
March 7, 2016 for failure to submit the LURU.
Lots 3, 4, 7 and 8 remain undeveloped at this time. According to emails from the Brownfields Project, some of the vacant property has been
preliminarily evaluated and approved for solar-power generation use. New structures have been constructed on lot 11 within the last year.
Empty 55 gallon drums were observed on Park Court that originated from an adjacent property owned by Down East Off-road (DEO), which is not
associated with the brownfields. At this time no LUR violations were observed on the brownfields property.
Subsequent to this inspection a LURU was received on Sept.16, 2016 from Echo Bravo, LLC and they are now in compliance with the recorded
NBP.
