This inspection was initiated due to failure to receive the 2016 annual certification. A letter Notice of Noncompliance was issued to Durham CREDO-
1, LLC on March 7, 2016. Recorded property deeds show that the brownfields property was transferred on June 1, 2015 to BH-AG Durham Foster,
LLC. Therefore, Durham CREDO-1, LLC was not required to submit a LURU in January 2016. To date no development has occurred at the property.
A letter notice to file a LURU will be issued to the current owner.
