Enclosed you will find a copy of Permit No. 1403-MSWLF-1998 for the Foothills
Environmental Landfill located in Caldwell County, dated October 10, 2016, DIN 26827.
 This permit action authorizes the operation of Phase 4 – Cell 5A of the MSW landfill.
 Read your permit carefully and should you have any questions contact me immediately.

 Copies of this permit, the approved plans, and all records, are required to be maintained by
the permittee at the facility and made available to the Section upon request during normal
business hours.
