Permit No. 6504-MWP-2016, New Hanover County, Document ID No. 26816
Dear Mr.Suleyman:
The purpose of this letter is to confirm that New Hanover County met the pre-operation conditions of the
permit to construct issued March 31, 2016 (DIN 25796) and to serve as written permission to operate the
processing facility in accordance with Attachment 3 (permit to operate) of the permit.
Attachment 2, Part VI, condition 2 of the permit to construct required a site inspection a representative of
the Section and the submission of a certification letter stating that the facility was constructed in
accordance with the approved plan. The certification letter and as-built drawings were received by the
Section on July 5, 2016 (DIN 26431). Wes Hare of the Section visited the completed facility during the
grand opening hosted by New Hanover County on July 7, 2016, which allowed inspection of the
completed facility.
This letter serves as authorization that the facility met the permit requirements on July 7, 2016 to begin
operations. Please place a copy of this letter in your permanent record for reference.
