The current Operations Plan states the reports shall be submitted within 60 days of the sampling event (Section 6, Table 6-1). In order to align the Operations Plan to the requirements of the Permit to Operate, Duke Energy proposes to change the reference in the plan to 120 days. Therefore, the upcoming October 2016 (and subsequent) semi-annual sampling events will be reported to the SWS within 120 days of sampling. Please contact me with any questions. Respectfully submitted, Ryan Czop, Engineer I Environmental Services ecc: Elizabeth Werner, NCDEQ Solid Waste Section Jessica Snyder, Duke Energy Steve Hodges, Duke Energy Kenton Yang, CDM Smith
