Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit, or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules. This facility consisted of one above ground 10,000 above ground metal tank for the storage and of domestic septage and grease trap pumpings. 2. All photographs were taken by Troy Harrison on August 26, 2016. 3. Set-back/buffer requirements appear to have been met. 4. Appropriate signage (No Trespassing signs) is posted for the site. 5. All weather roads are maintained for access to the site. 6. The tanks appeared to be structurally sound. The area around was free of vegetation. 7. The area around the detention and treatment area was found to be free of spills and debris. 8. A slight odor observed in the area of the detention and treatment area.
