Thanks to all of you for your input on the revised traffic pattern at Anderson Creek. As promised, please find attached
construction drawings that should be added to our facility plan. Sheet 1 of 2 is being attached now and sheet 2 will be
sent in another email because of the size of the files.

The rails are scheduled to be completed before September 9th to facilitate operations at Anderson Creek while the Dunn
Erwin Transfer station is being repaired.

Subject: Anderson Creek

We are exploring solutions to keep passenger vehicles out of the Anderson Creek Transfer Station. We would like to put
a Hilco Trailer on the wall where we currently have a compactor at the convenience center at the Anderson Creek
landfill. Convenience center patrons can fill the trailer halfway at the convenience center then landfill personnel will
haul it to the transfer station to continue loading the trailer so that we do not allow trash to sit for more than 24
hours. We have tried to use the existing compactor to keep passenger vehicles out of the transfer station, but it fills
quickly and we have down time to unload it, especially on Saturdays.

If you are agreeable to this concept, we can issue a letter to update the facility plan and provide sketches to show how
the trailer will function on the wall.

We will appreciate your thoughts and comments.
