FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section Page 2 of 2 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 1. The tank appears structurally sound. 2. The tank is currently hidden from view, located within a stand of corn on that field at this time – a narrow path has been cut from the access road thru the corn to the tank. This location does not appear to be the same location as shown on the site map. 3. The required 5’ cleared radius is present around the tank within the stand of corn at this time. 4. No spills or leaks noted. No vectors or odors noted. No sign of activity. 5. It appears that the approved setbacks are being met. 6. The required signs are posted & the access road is adequate. 7. It appears that septage is being transferred to/from the facility in a safe and sanitary manner. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns regarding this inspection report.
