or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any
such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. The tank appears structurally sound.
2. The required sign is posted.
3. No sign of leaks, spills – septage is being transferred in a safe and sanitary manner.
4. No apparent vectors or odors noted.
5. The approved setbacks are being met.
6. Maintain the required 5’ cleared radius around the tank, free of excess vegetation – keep vegetation cut back.
