Vapor mitigation systems are not required at this time for this project.
Use of groundwater or surfacewater was not observed. However, water storage noted within
gated perimeter (see photos).
Exposed soils were not observed.
It is unknown if prohibited bulk chemical storage is occurring. No on-site personnel available
to allow access into buildings.
Property parking lot is open to public ingress and egress. Parking lot is asphalt capped and
remains in good repair. Building entrances were locked.

Basements were not observed on the property.
Monitoring wells observed during this inspection. In June 2015, brownfields project
manager reduced/waived groundwater sampling as allowed per LUR 14. (See Photos)

Inspector Comments
This site visit was initiated due to PD's failure to submit a LURU and groundwater sampling report in January 2014. After notifying PD of this
failure, a LURU and required report was submitted in December 2014 along with a request from PD to eliminated future groundwater sampling.
Brownfields project manager issued written approval in June 2015 to discontinue groundwater sampling as allowed in LUR 14.
Upon reviewing recorded brownfields documents, it was discovered that the full sized plat was not recorded. Mr. Tom Haskins, along with their
consultant Mid-Atlantic Associates, was notified of the deficiency via e-mail on Aug. 11, 2015.
Current use - according to PD's website, 2500 sqf Unit B advertised as, "Warehouse convereted into church space".
