or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and
any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

AREAS OF CONCERN AND COMMENTS:

1) The required signage present at entrance to site.
2) Access road is well maintained.
3) Markers present and visible for both fields.
4) No septage discharges noticed outside of the permitted boundaries for the fields.
5) No spot dumps or thick applications noticed.
6) Small grains had been planted and was up on both fields.
7) No application at time of inspection. pH not checked.
8) No objectionable odors noticed today.
9) No change noticed in the area that would affect setback distances.
10) Records not checked.
11) No violations noticed today.
