or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and
any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

AREAS OF CONCERN AND COMMENTS:

1. The required signage is present before you get to the site.
2. The access road is well maintained.
3. All three permitted fields are clearly marked.
4. All septage discharges within the permitted boundaries of the fields.
5. No application issues noticed today.
6. The small grain had been removed off of Field 3.
7. No application at time of inspection. pH not checked.
8. No objectionable odors noticed at time of inspection.
9. No change noticed that would affect setback distances
10. Records not checked.
11. No issues noted today.
