or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and
any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

AREAS OF CONCERN AND COMMENTS:

1) Required signage present along access road before you get to Fields 1 and 2.
2) Access road is well maintained.
3) Field markers present and visible.
4) All septage discharges appear to be within the permitted boundaries of the fields.
5) No application issues noticed today.
6) No issues noted with any of the fields.
7) No application at time of inspection. pH not checked.
8) No objectionable odors noticed today.
9) No issues noted with setback distances.
10) Application for permit renewal received on 01/08/15.
11) Collected soil samples from each of the fields.
