Fields 2 and 4 are in fescue. 7) pH not checked. No application at time of inspection. 8) No objectionable odors noticed today. 9) No change noticed that would affect setback distance. 10) I had Mr. Pearce to sign the previous nutrient management plan (NMP) so that I can get the permit reissued. Will keep working on getting an updated NMP written. 11) No violations noted today. I collected composite soil samples from each of the four fields today.
