No violations noted on the previous inspection conducted on 11/6/14.
OBSERVED VIOLATIONS:
NONE
The item(s) listed above were observed by Section staff and require action on behalf of the facility in order to come into or maintain compliance with the Statutes, Rules, and/or other regulatory requirements applicable to this facility. Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit, or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may be
subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. Signage present on both sides of the path as you get to the site. 2. Access road well maintained.
3. Markers were present and easily visible.
4. All septage discharges appeared to be within the permitted boundaries of the fields. 5. No thick applications or spot dumps noticed today. Field very wet. Need to watch applications so as to not
leave ruts greater than 3 inches in depth.
6. Could see some signs (drill rows) that the small grain had been planted. Could also see some small grain up. 7. No application at time of inspection. pH not checked.
8. No objectionable odors noticed.
9. No change noticed that would affect setback distances. 10. Records not checked.
11. No violations noted today. Field very wet. Watch applications so as to not leave ruts.
