Mecklenburg County, DIN 26530 Dear Mr. Olnowich; On July 22, 2016 the Division of Waste Management, Solid Waste Section (Section) received your notification letter, entitled; 6027-Transfer. Prepared by The Linda Construction, Co. Inc. July 2016. DIN 26521. The purpose of the notification letter was to inform the Section that The Linda Construction, Co. Inc. will no longer operate the transfer station, Permit No. 6027-TRANSFER-. The Section as confirmed your notification with Mecklenburg County. The Section hereby confirms that the facility is closed, Permit No. 6027-TRANSFER- has been placed in an Inactive/Closed status and the facility may no longer be used as a permitted solid waste management facility. In order for this property to be used as a permitted solid waste facility, in the future, the owner must have first applied to the Section for a new permit and must have received a new permit for the activity, in accordance with the requirements of North Carolina General Statue (NCGS) 130A and North Carolina Administrative Code 15A NCAC 13B.
