Brownfields Program are required to pay an initial fee. Please make sure to include a copy of this letter in
your transmittal and/or the Invoice/Project Number above on the check for identification purposes. Make check payable to “NCDENR - Brownfields” and send to:

Once we receive payment of this fee, we will continue negotiations toward finalizing the Brownfields
Agreement. At that time, the final payment of $6,000.00 will become due. Please be advised a $25.00
