FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section Page 2 of 2 AREAS OF CONCERN AND COMMENTS: 1) “No Trespassing” sign present with septage land application site sign. 2) Area around the tanks well maintained. 3) No leaks noticed from any of the tanks. 4) No septage spills noticed on the ground or on the tanks. 5) No odor or vector issues noted today. 6) Tanks appear to be used on a regular basis. 7) I checked the setback distances for adding two – 10,000 gallon tanks. Setback distances double for the two – 10,000 gallon tanks because the facility will now be considered high capacity (storage capacity in excess of 25,000 gallons). Site currently has two – 5,000 gallon tanks. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns regarding this inspection report. ____________________________ Phone: (919) 707-8283 . Chester R.
