enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and
any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

AREAS OF CONCERN AND COMMENTS:

1) “No Trespassing” sign present with septage land application site sign.
2) Area around the tank well maintained.
3) No leaks noticed from the tank.
4) No septage spills noticed on the ground or on the tank.
5) No odor or vector issues noted today.
6) Tank appears to be used on a regular basis.
7) No violations noted today.
