FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section Page 2 of 2 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 1. The 30,000 gallon tank appears structurally sound and the required 5’ cleared radius is present around this tank at this time. No spills or leaks noted. No apparent vectors or odors. It appears that septage is being transferred to and from the tank in a safe and sanitary manner. 2. Unable to fully inspect the two 10,000 gallon tanks due to excess vegetation. Vegetation needs to be removed. 3. The gate to the site was open during this visit (may be broken, a truck was parked in the opening). The required sign was not clearly visible at this time because it is posted on the gate and the gate was open. 4. It appears that the approved setbacks are being met.
