OBSERVED VIOLATIONS:
1. .0838(a)(10) & Permit Condition 18. Disposal area boundaries shall be clearly marked on the ground. There are
missing markers on field 1 to clearly delineate the 200’ setback on the south side. Also on field 1 there are
missing markers to delineate the 130’ setback at the front of the field (in the middle and to the south end of this
front line). On field 2 there are missing markers along the 50’ setback on the north side and also along the front of
this field to delineate the 130’ setback as it goes towards the north.
Repost these missing markers on both disposal fields at the correct setback distances. Also the field marker at the
back right corner of field 2 is partly hidden by vegetation – clear the vegetation from around this post.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. The required sign has fallen down on field 1 – repost this sign so that it is visible. The sign on field 2 is
adequate.
2. The cropstand appears adequate, but weed control is needed and field 2 needs cut soon.
3. It appears that no land application has occurred outside the permitted boundaries.
4. Due to missing markers cannot determine if the approved setbacks are in place. Did not measure setbacks at this
time.
5. No sign of heavy or recent application. No odors noted.
