enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and
any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

AREAS OF CONCERN AND COMMENTS:

1) The required signage is present at house before you get to the detention tanks.
2) Access road is well maintained.
3) The three fields are marked by fences. The fences were up.
4) No septage discharges noticed outside of the field boundaries.
5) No spot dumps or thick applications noticed.
6) Small grain coverage was ok.
7) No application at time of inspection. pH not checked.
8) No odor issues noticed.
9) Records not checked today.
10) No violations noted today.
