No violation noted on the previous inspection.
OBSERVED VIOLATIONS:
NONE

with the Statutes, Rules, and/or other regulatory requirements applicable to this facility. Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an
administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit,
or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and
any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

AREAS OF CONCERN AND COMMENTS:
1) Signage present as you arrive at Field 2. See picture below.
2) Access road was in good shape.
3) Markers present.
4) All septage discharges appeared to be within the permitted boundaries.
5) No spot dumps or thick applications noticed today.
6) The small grain had recently been planted. Drill marks seen in field. See picture below.
7) No application at time of inspection. pH not checked.
8) No objectionable odors noticed today.
9) No change noticed that would affect any of the setback distances.
10) No violations noted today. I collected soil samples from each of the three fields.
Signage present as you enter site. Drill marks in field from the planting of the small
grain.
