AREAS OF CONCERN AND COMMENTS:
1) “No Trespassing” sign needed at tanks.
2) Septage Management Rule .0841 (i) requires a 5 ft area around the tanks to be free of debris and vegetation to
allow for inspection of the tanks. There was portable toilets and vegetation against the tanks. Not able to fully
inspect the tanks because of the portable toilets and vegetation. See pictures below. Need to move the portable
toilets from the tank and remove the vegetation from the tanks.
3) Site has two tanks made of steel. No leaks noticed.
4) No septage spills noticed on the tanks or on the ground.
5) No odor or vector issues noticed today.
6) No change noticed that would affect setback distances.
7) Tanks do not appear to be used on a timely basis. Some septage in both tanks.
Portable toilets next to one of the tanks. Vegetation growing up to and on the tanks.
