or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any
such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. The tanks have been removed from the permitted location. There is one tank laying horizontal off to the far
front left side of field 1. No sign of activity or septage detention.
2. Signs are posted at the site entrance and the access road is adequate.
3. No septage detention shall occur at this location until a new septage detention or treatment facility permit
has been issued and a pre-operational inspection has been performed.
