FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section Page 2 of 2 AREAS OF CONCERN AND COMMENTS: 1) “No Trespassing” sign present at entrance to the septage land application site. 2) The area around the tanks is well maintained. It is easy to inspect the tanks. Thank you. 3) The three steel tanks and three plastic tanks appear to be structurally sound. No leaks noticed from any of the tanks. 4) No septage spills noticed on the tanks or on the ground by the tanks. 5) No objectionable odors or vector issues noted. 6) I did not observe anything that would affect setback distances. 7) It appears that only the plastic tanks are being used on a regular basis. Mostly septage solids noticed in the metal tanks. 8) Records are not currently required for this detention facility. 9) No violations noted today.
