FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section Page 2 of 2 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 1. "No Trespassing" was missing when I arrived at the site. Before I left the site, Scott had placed a “No Trespassing” sign at the tank. 2. Tank is a buried 1,200 gallons concrete tank. I was able to check the access ports to the tank. Area around the tank is well maintained. There are wooden posts present that serve as a barrier to prevent a vehicle from driving over the tank. One of the posts had been disturbed and was leaning. Please place post back upright and restablize post. 3. No septage noticed on the ground by the tank. 4. No objectionable odors or vector issues noted. 5. Tank is in the same location as originally permitted. 6. Tested the alarm for the tank. Alarm worked. 7. I did not check records today. However, please maintain records as to when and how much RV waste is dumped into the tank. Also, record when the waste is pumped from the tank. See Permit Condition 12 of your permit for records requirement. 8. No violations noted today. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns regarding this inspection report.
