enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and
any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

1) “No Trespassing” sign present as you enter the site.
2) Area around the tanks is well maintained.
3) Tanks appear to be structurally sound. No leaks noticed.
4) No septage spills noticed around the tanks.
5) No objectionable odors or vector issues noticed.
6) Nothing noticed that would affect setback distances.
7) Tanks appear to be empty.
8) Records not currently required for this facility.
9) No violations noticed today.
