General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may be
subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. "No Trespassing" sign present as you enter the site.
2. Area around the tanks is well maintained. One hole noticed next to the center tank. Recommend that you fill
in the hole. See pictures below. 3. Tanks appear to be structurally sound. No leaks noticed.
4. No septage spills noticed on the ground by the tanks.
5. No odor or vector issues noticed today. 6. No change noticed that would affect setback distances.
7. Tanks appear to be empty.
8. Records not required for this septage detention facility. 9. No violations noticed today.

Area around the tanks is well maintained. Easy to inspect the tanks. Hole noticed by center tank.
