Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit, or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules. Called Gaye Stallings to let her know that “Greenville” needs to be added to both sides of the truck. Received email on 06/25/15 with picture of pump truck with “Greenville” added. 2) Tank is made of carbon steel and appears to be structurally sound. 3) Tank bolted to the frame of the truck. 4) Valves and access ports appear to be in working order. Caps present on the pumping ports. 5) No leaks noticed. Picture of pump truck on 06/09/15. Picture of “Greenville” added to the pump truck. Picture received thru email on 06/25/15.
