AREAS OF CONCERN AND COMMENTS:

1. The facility was found to be maintained in a manner that prevents leaks or spills.

2. The tank is buried underground at the facility and no leaks were detected. Access around the facility has been
maintained to allow for inspection.

3. Vectors were not present at the time of inspection nor were objective odors observed.

4. Septage appears to be transferred to/from the detention facility in a safe and sanitary manner. Staff stated that

an alarm goes off when the tank level indicates 700 gallons and a pumper truck is called at that time.

5. Approved setbacks are being met.

6. Records indicate that the tank was last pumped out on 7/19/2012.
