enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any
such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. Inspected a new vehicle, Texas tag#K041187, VIN 3D6WC76A486155985, 850 gallons. The tank appears
structurally sound and is securely bolted to the truck.
2. The outlet covers were on and no drips/leaks were noted.
3. The lettering is correct on both sides of this vehicle.
4. Truck logs were not reviewed at this time.
5. No other vehicles were inspected at this time.
