FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section Page 2 of 2 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 1. The two permitted tanks for grease trap waste appear structurally sound & are located within a concrete containment area. Was informed that only one is in use at this time with the other one (closest to the fence) for backup. 2. No leaks/spills noted from the two tanks. Did not enter the truck unloading building during this visit because a truck was unloading at the time but no apparent issues. 3. The approved setbacks are being met. No apparent physical change in the areas covered under this permit. 4. The required sign is posted on the gate entrance and the access road is adequate. 5. The required 5’ cleared radius (free of excess vegetation or debris) is present around the storage tanks.
