ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:

1 - This Follow up Inspection was to see improvements made on this site from the November 16, 2015 Inspection.
2 - The landfill is allowed to receive land clearing and inert debris for disposal. Only LCID waste noted onsite.
3 - Property lines and LCID Notified landfill waste boundaries are to be clearly identified by permanent markers. Permanent
markers still need to be installed. Verification is also still needed that will indicate that the landfill is a minimum of
100 feet from the property lines. Has contacted a surveyor to complete this task.
4 - Now has adequate cover and a stockpile of cover material onsite.
5 - Site has placed required signage at entrance.
6 - Digital pictures taken and attached to this report.
