ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. A small spill area was noted on the right side of the tank, appears to have been a spill from a wet hose on
the ground. Clean up all of this spill and implement measures to prevent spills from occurring.
2. Vegetation has been recently removed from around the tank, please maintain the required 5’ cleared radius in
the coming months.
3. The one permitted tank appears structurally sound.
4. The required sign is posted on the front end of the tank. The access road is adequate.
5. The approved setbacks are being met. No physical change in the facility.
6. No apparent vectors or odors noted.
7. Discussed the possibility of permitting a new tank in the future - please contact this office when you wish
to pursue this action.
