Subject: Anson Cell 2C North Underdrain
Anson Waste Management Facility

CEC Project 142-962
Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC), on behalf of Waste Connections, Inc. (WCN),
submits the following information for the Cell 2C North underdrain for the above mentioned
facility. Specifically, CEC is including a USGS topo map showing the location of the project, a
revised site comprehensive underdrain plan, and a detailed underdrain construction plan. Once approved and constructed the Cell 2C underdrain will surveyed and the comprehensive underdrain
plan will be revised accordingly.

As requested, the facility will conduct monthly monitoring of flow data for the underdrains on-
site and will keep the monthly log on-site. Additionally, the Cell 2C North underdrain will be inspected annually when the leachate collection system is inspected, and cleaned as-needed, in
the same manner as the leachate collection system.
