ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. All photographs were taken by Troy Harrison on May 4, 2016.
2. The Septage Land Application Site consists of Field 1 (21.4 acres), Field 2 (14.5 acres), Field 3 (21.5 acres) and Field 4 (7.4
acres) with a total of 64.8 acres.
3. The fields are permitted for land application of domestic septage and grease septage.
4. The site had accessible all-weather roads to the septage land application fields covered under the permit with the exception of

Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties,
injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve
