The Division of Waste Management, Solid Waste Section (Section) has completed a review of the Closure and Post-Closure cost estimates submitted to Geof Little, DWM-SWS Permitting Engineer in the Raleigh
Central Office on August 4, 2014 and October 10, 2014. The Potential Assessment and Corrective Action
Cost estimate is a requirement per the North Carolina General Statute 130A-295.2.
This letter approves the financial assurance cost estimates (2014 dollars) provided in the submittals to Mr. Little. The breakdown of the financial assurance cost estimates are as follows:
