Risk Classification: High
On January 4, 2021, the Mooresville Regional Office (MRO) of the Underground Storage
Tank (UST) Section of the Division of Waste Management received a request to extend the
submittal deadline for the Monitoring Report for this site from your consultant CESI Civil-
Geotechnical-Surveying. Specifically, CESI Civil-Geotechnical-Surveying requested that the
submittal deadline be extended until January 31, 2021. This request is considered reasonable and
is hereby granted.
Should you fail to submit the report by the extended deadline, the original deadline may
be used in any enforcement action. If you have any questions regarding the actions that must be
taken or the rules mentioned in this letter, please contact me by email at
