Dear Mr. Cubberley:

This office acknowledges the receipt of a Groundwater Sampling Letter Report for the subject site on
October 11, 2023. Your cooperation is appreciated. The report has been reviewed and maintained in the
Guilford County Health Department in Greensboro.

A review of the report indicates that free product was encountered in four monitoring wells and low
contaminant concentrations in the wells sampled. Based on the presence of free product at the site during
the latest event. We concur with the recommendation in the report for one AFVR event.

The report indicates that MW-13 could not be sampled because the manway bolts was seized. Please make
effort to repair the manway of the well for next sampling event.
