RE: Acknowledgment of Receipt Country Corner 4262 Highway 27 Alexis, Gaston County Site Risk: High UST Incident # 23108 Dear Mr. Sadler: On July 1, 2024, the Underground Storage Tank (UST) Section of the Division of Waste Management (the
Division), Mooresville Regional Office received the Corrective Action Monitoring Report for the subject site. This information has been reviewed and will remain in the UST Section’s files. Per the report, and as required by the NORR dated July 31, 2023, the approved injection event should have taken place in the first quarter of 2024. The injection event
must be completed as soon as possible. The next water supply well sampling event should occur in August 2024, with the results received by this office no
later than September 30, 2024. The Corrective Action Performance Report, documenting the injection event, must be received by this office no later than December 31, 2024.
