with the Statutes, Rules, and/or other regulatory requirements applicable to this facility. Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit, or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. This facility is a Type 1 Yard Waste Notification. It accepts land clearing debris and untreated wood.
2. Facility uses a horizontal grinder to grind the waste material. Ground material is then screened and placed in windrows. The windrows are monitored for temperature and turned as needed. The finished compost product is used as a soil conditioner and manufactured topsoil.
3. The facility uses a horizontal grinder to grind pallets, pulpwood, and logs. The finished mulch product is sold for use in landscaping. Land clearing debris is mulched and sold as mulch product.
4. The operating hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. 5. Signs posted indicating hours of operation and waste exclusions. 6. No offsite sedimentation was observed. 7. An interior roadway has been made of all-weather construction and is being maintained in good condition.
8. There is at least a 25 foot access path around the site for fire control vehicles.
9. All setbacks are in place. 10. No standing water was observed during the inspection.
