The facility is utilized as a temporary storage site for bulk leaves collected from City of Raleigh residents. 2. The facility operations area appears to be less than two acres in size. The access road to the facility is currently maintained in fair condition and is secured by a locking gate. 3. Please install durable, easily visible markers delineating the limits of the two-acre notification. 4. At the time of this inspection, no leaves were stored at the site. The facility grounds appeared to have been recently mowed and no areas of standing water were observed. 5. A drainage ditch adjacent to the facility entrance contained municipal solid waste (MSW), limbs, brush, and partially decomposed leaf waste, which appeared to have been dumped in this area. Ensure that any non-conforming waste and litter, as well as yard waste dumped outside the 2-acre YWN, is removed from the facility grounds as necessary. Drainage ditches should be kept free of waste and debris so that free-flowing conditions are maintained. 6. Digital photographs were taken during this inspection.
