or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and
any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1) Inspection conducted for permitting of a 1,700-gallon steel tank for the storage of septage.
2) Application for permit complete.
3) "No Trespassing" signage present as per Rule 15A NCAC 13B .0838(k).
4) Access road to tank in good shape as per Rule 15A NCAC 13B .0838(b).
5) Tank accessible for inspection as per Rule 15A NCAC 13B .0838(i).
6) Tank appears to be structurally sound. No holes or cracks observed in the tank which may allow the
escape of septage out of the tank as per Rule 15A NCAC 13B .0838(c).
7) Location of tank in compliance with Rule 15A NCAC 13B .0838(m).
