or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and
any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

1) Inspection conducted for the permitting of a below ground 1,725-gallon concrete tank for the storage of
domestic septage discharged from recreational vehicles. Concrete tank to be used as a RV dump station.
2) Application for permit complete.
3) "No Trespassing" signage present at the tank as per Rule 15A NCAC 13B .0838(k).
4) Access road to tank in good shape as per Rule 15A NCAC 13B .0838(b).
5) Tank accessible for inspection as per Rule 15A NCAC 13B .0838(i).
6) Tank is buried in the ground. Tank was certified by a professional engineer to be leak tested.
7) Location of tank in compliance with Rule 15A NCAC 13B .0838(m).
8) Permit was issued on 10/25/2023.
