Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violationof the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules. Page 1 of 3 NORTH CAR()LINAD_E Q�� OepaNnent of Environmental 0uali� ADDITIONAL COMMENTS FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section 1) The required signage was present as you entered the site. 2) The access road was in good shape. 3) Required markers were present and visible. 4) No septage discharges noticed outside of the permitted boundaries. 5) Applications appeared to follow the nutrient management plan. No spot dumps or thick applications noticed. 6) All five fields had been overseeded with a winter cover crop. Winter cover crop present. Just a few hay bales remained after the last harvest. Gave Paul some guidance about the removal of hay bales. 7) No objectionable odors noticed today. 8) It appears that approved setbacks are being met.
