The item(s) listed above were observed by Section staff and require action on behalf of the facility in order to come into or maintain compliance
with the Statutes, Rules, and/or other regulatory requirements applicable to this facility. Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an
administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violationof the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit
or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and
any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1) This facility consists of one 7,000 gallon, one 25,000 gallon, one 30,000 gallon, four 20,000 gallon
tanks, one screw press, and one dewatering box. This facility also has a concrete pit for the
solidification of the dewatered septage cake.
2) "No Trespassing" sign posted at the entrance to the site.
3) Access road to the tanks is ok.
4) Tanks accessible for inspection.
5) No holes or cracks observed in the tanks which may allow the escape of septage out of the tank. No
leaks noticed.
6) Septage appears to be transferred to and from the tanks in a manner that prevents leaks or spills of
septage onto the tank or ground.
7) Material present within the concrete pit. No septage noticed outside of pit.
8) No vector or odor issues noticed.
9) Setback requirements appear as permitted.
